Savory Potato Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. dry mustard
2/3 c. milk
1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
4 c. cubed cooked potatoes
1/4 c. green onion slices
1 1/2 c. chopped ham (optional)
Preparation

Melt margarine in saucepan over low heat.
Blend in flour and mustard.
Gradually add milk.
Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Add 1 cup cheese; stir until melted.
Stir in potatoes, meat and onions; spoon into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Top with remaining cheese; continue baking until cheese melts.
