Friendship Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. white sugar
1 (29 oz.) can sliced peaches (including juice)

Preparation

In a large bowl, stir together the sugar and peaches.
Store at room temperature, covering loosely with cheesecloth or a clean towel.
(Do not store airtight or in the refrigerator or freezer.) Stir every day for a total of 10 days.
