Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
3 c. apples, chopped
2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Bake in a 300\u00b0 oven for about 1 hour.
Cool about 15 to 20 minutes.
