Coconut Pie (2) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. flour
    4 egg yolks (save whites for frosting)
    2 c. sweet or condensed milk
    1 can Baker's coconut
    1/2 stick margarine, melted
    2 pie crusts
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Put in double boiler.
    Bring to a boil, stirring frequently.
    Cook for approximately 45 minutes or until it begins to thicken.
    Stir in coconut to taste.
    (This may be too much for some.)
    Add margarine.
    Pour into cooked pie shell.
    Beat egg whites for topping.
    Sprinkle with coconut.
