Chili Rellenos Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hamburger meat
1 large onion
4 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. flour
salt, pepper and garlic salt
dash of Tabasco
cheese
1 large can green chilies
Preparation

Brown hamburger
and
chopped onion.
In a baking dish, layer chilies,
meat
and
cheese;
repeat.
In a mixing bowl, beat eggs, milk, flour and seasonings until creamy.
Pour over meat. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.\tHas the consistency of a souffle.
