Boiled Lobster - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lobsters
water (8 qt. kettle 2/3 full)
2 Tbsp. salt
Preparation

Bring water to boil.
When water is boiling, rapidly plunge lobsters in, head first, one at a time.
Return to boil.
Cover, reduce heat and simmer 8 minutes for smaller lobster (1 to 1 1/4 pounds) and 10 minutes for larger lobsters (1 1/2 to 2 pounds).
