Potato Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large potatoes, peeled
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. milk
    salt and pepper
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Soak potatoes several hours in a bowl of water.
    Grate the potatoes and mix with the remaining ingredients.
    Pour a little oil in a frying pan; drop potato batter by spoonfuls into hot oil and brown on both sides.
    Keep warm while all are being prepared.
    Good with sauerbraten, pot roast, etc.
    Serves 4 to 6.
