Ingredients

2 c. self-rising flour plus 2 Tbsp.
1 stick margarine
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 whole eggs
2 cans flaked coconut
Preparation

Mix flour, sugar, margarine and 3/4 cup milk until blended, then add eggs, remainder of milk and vanilla. Beat well. Bake in 2 layer pans at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
