Vegetable Sandwiches - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 medium cucumbers
3 medium carrots
1 small onion
1 large (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
3 heaping Tbsp. mayonnaise
dash of pepper
salt to taste
Preparation
-
Grind cucumbers, carrots and onion.
Press vegetable mixture well to remove juice.
Mix well cream cheese, mayonnaise, dash of pepper and salt to taste.
Add vegetables to cream cheese mixture and mix well.
Keeps weeks in refrigerator.
