Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. onion
    1/2 c. bell pepper
    1 egg
    1 c. rice
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 qt. tomato juice, sweetened with 1 to 2 tsp. white or brown sugar
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together, except for tomato juice.
    Form meat balls.
    Pour tomato juice over meat balls in electric skillet. Start cooking at 375\u00b0 but reduce heat to simmer when food starts to boil.
    Cover and simmer for 2 hours.
