Mock Oyster Fondue - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 roll garlic cheese
1 bunch green onions, chopped
2 stems celery, chopped
2 Tbsp. flour
1 stick oleo
1 can mushroom soup (no water or milk)
1 can mushroom pieces
Preparation

Boil broccoli as directed on package. Drain well. Saut onions and celery in oleo until tender. Add garlic cheese and mushroom soup. Cook until cheese melts, stirring often. Add 2 tablespoons flour. Add mushroom pieces and broccoli. Serve warm with your favorite crackers.
