Chicken Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. saltine cracker crumbs
    3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    dash of black pepper
    1 egg, well beaten
    2 Tbsp. dry white wine, divided
    2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (4 oz. each)
    2/3 c. tomato sauce
    1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Lightly grease pan or baking dish.
    Using meat mallet or edge of saucer, pound chicken until 1/4-inch thick.
    Combine cracker crumbs, Parmesan cheese and pepper.
    Combine egg and 1 tablespoon of wine.
    Dip chicken in egg mixture and then in cracker crumb mixture to coat.
    Arrange chicken in prepared dish.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
