Crackling Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cornmeal
    1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
    3/4 c. cracklings, chopped
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Add milk and egg.
    Mix well.
    Add cracklings and pour into hot greased baking pan or iron skillet and bake at 425\u00b0 until brown.
