Pineapple Swirl Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. white cake mix
1 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. chopped nuts
1/4 c. firm margarine
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sour cream
2 cans (13 1/2 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation

Grease and flour an oblong pan (13 x 9-inch) or two (8 x 8-inch) square pans.
Mix 2/3 cup cake mix, brown sugar, nuts and margarine until crumbly.
Reserve.
Beat eggs; blend in sour cream.
Mix into remaining cake mix.
Spread half of batter into pan, top with half of pineapple and sprinkle with half nut mixture.
Do next layer the same.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
Serves 12 to 16.
