Mamma Kelly'S Brunswick Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 hog head
    2 hens
    4 lb. hamburger
    2 garlic salt
    3 seasoned salt
    1 hot sauce
    2 Worcestershire sauce
    8 chili sauce
    10 catsup
    12 tomatoes
    4 butter beans
    4 English peas
    3 snap beans
    10 Niblets corn
    10 vegetable soup
    4 okra
    1 peck Irish potatoes
    1/2 peck onion
    salt
    black pepper
Preparation
    Cook hog head and hens; grind meat.
    (Boston butt, souse meat or other pork may be used.)
    Cook hamburger, stirring to make it crumble apart.
    Drain.
    Peel, dice, salt and cook potatoes and onions.
    Drain all vegetables (except soup and tomatoes) including potatoes and onions.
    Combine all ingredients with salt and pepper to taste in big heavy pot.
    Bring to a boil on medium heat, stirring continuously, as it burns easily.
    Turn heat down; stir and simmer and simmer and stir until stew is thick and all flavors are mixed.
    Feeds multitudes.
    Cut recipe in half if you don't plan to feed a big crowd.
    Freezes well.
