Perky Cheese Cauliflower - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cauliflower
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. sharp Cheddar, grated
    3 to 4 drops Tabasco
    1 small jar pimentos, chopped
Preparation
    Cook cauliflower until tender.
    Saute green pepper in butter until tender.
    Add flour and milk to make cream sauce.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Mix and pour over cauliflower head.
