Mississippi Mud Cake And Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 sticks (1 c.) melted butter
1 1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. walnuts or pecans
1 (7 oz.) jar Marshmallow Creme
1 c. coconut (optional)
Preparation

Combine eggs and sugar, mixing well.
Add butter and vanilla. Combine cocoa with flour and stir into egg mixture until thoroughly mixed.
Add chopped nuts and coconut, stirring to mix well.
Bake in greased and floured 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and spread with Marshmallow Creme.
Small marshmallows can be substituted.
