Italian Beef Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 tsp. salt
    1 medium tomato, cut in wedges
    1 c. water
    1 (10 oz.) frozen Italian style vegetables with seasoned sauce
    1 c. Minute rice
Preparation
    Brown beef in skillet.
    Add salt, tomato, water and frozen vegetables.
    Bring to a full boil over medium heat, separating the vegetables with a fork and stirring to blend sauce cubes.
    Reduce heat, cover and simmer 2 minutes.
    Bring again to a boil.
    Stir rice; cover.
    Remove from heat.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Makes 4 to 5 servings.
