Jojo'S - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. milk
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 1/2 Tbsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. all-purpose seasoning
    4 large potatoes
Preparation
    Mix milk and egg.
    Set aside.
    Blend dry ingredients.
    Cut potatoes into wedges, leaving on the skins.
    Dip in egg mixture and roll in dry mixture.
    Drop in hot fat and fry 5 minutes or until done.
