Spoon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    2 c. warm water
    1 1/2 sticks butter
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    4 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water.
    Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Spoon into greased muffin tins 2/3 full.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Batter may be kept for several days in covered container in refrigerator.
