Cheese Cake Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. cream cheese (three 8 oz. pkg.)
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    cherry pie filling
Preparation
    Cream 1 cup of sugar and cream cheese.
    Add 2 teaspoons of vanilla and eggs and mix until creamy.
    Pour into muffin pan lined with aluminum type cupcake papers.
    Bake 30 minutes at 300\u00b0. Remove and cool 5 minutes.
