Iron Skillet Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 Tbsp. oil
    2 c. self-rising meal
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Pour oil into a skillet.
    Mix cornmeal, eggs, buttermilk and mayonnaise and pour into skillet.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until golden brown.
    Cut into wedges to serve.
