Curry Turnovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    12 water chestnuts, finely chopped
    2 stalks green onion, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. curry powder (more or less)
    2 tsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. ketchup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. oil
    3 tubes prepared refrigerator crescent rolls
Preparation
    Cut end from unsplit frankfurter roll.
    With fork, hollow out enough center to hold a frankfurter.
    Spread hollow generously with mustard.
    Insert frankfurter.
    Wrap in wax paper and chill. Cut into slices.
    Dot each slice with a bit of pickle relish.
