Potato Pot Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
2 eggs
1 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. onion, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
mashed potatoes
3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Beat eggs.
Mix bread crumbs and milk.
Combine with eggs and seasonings.
Fold in ground beef and onion.
Careful not to mix too much.
Pour into quart baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until done.
Put 2 cups Cheddar cheese on top of meat dish.
Add large amount of mashed potatoes on top of cheese.
Add 1 cup Cheddar cheese on top of potatoes.
Put in broiler oven until cheese melts and edges are golden brown.
