Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    2 cans beef broth or 1 can onion soup and 1 can beef broth
    1 Tbsp. (level) butter
    1 can B & B mushrooms
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Mix in 2-quart casserole and bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour; stir once.
    Bake in microwave for 10 minutes on High; change to 50% heat and cook 25 minutes.
