Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. carrots, sliced, cooked and drained
    15 Ritz crackers
    1/2 stick oleo and 3 Tbsp. oleo
    4 to 6 oz. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Melt oleo and cheese and pour over cooked carrots.
    Crush crackers and mix with 3 tablespoons of melted oleo.
    Put on top of carrots and cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly, about 20 minutes.
