Stir-Fry Sausage With Boiled Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. rice
    full length Pepperidge Farm sausage, sliced into 1/2-inch pieces
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 tomato, sliced in 1/6 pieces
    2 c. chopped onions
    1 c. diced green and red peppers
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. salt (optional)
    1 Tbsp. black pepper
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. Adobo seasoning
Preparation
    Boil 2 cups of rice separately.
    In a separate pan on medium heat, place sliced sausages.
    After removing sausage, let sit in a bowl.
    Then add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
    Add Adobo seasonings, garlic powder, black pepper and salt to oil.
    Stir spices together.
    Add the onions, green peppers and tomato slices. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
    Add 6 ounces tomato sauce; if desired more sauce.
