Lo Mein - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. vermicelli
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1 can bean sprouts, drained and rinsed
    4 Tbsp. oil
    garlic powder to taste
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    1 can mushroom stems and pieces
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Cook vermicelli; drain and rinse.
    Add onion soup mix, oil and soy sauce.
    Mix until onion soup mix is dissolved.
    Add all other ingredients.
    Serve hot.
