Lemon Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (21 oz.) can Comstock lemon pie filling
1 (8-inch) graham cracker crust
Preparation

In medium mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually add lemon pie filling, beating well after each addition. Pour into graham cracker crumb crust.
Chill 2 hours or until set. Refrigerate leftovers.
Serves 9.
