Low Calorie Orange Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1 stick butter, melted
    1 c. orange juice
    1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    Mandarin or fresh oranges or other fruit
    1 c. part skim Ricotta cheese
    1 large Cool Whip
    12 pkg. Equal
Preparation
    Mix first two ingredients.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes in spring-form pan or glass dish.
    Sprinkle gelatin over orange juice and heat.
    Add cheeses, Cool Whip and sweetener.
    Pour into crust.
    Place fruit on top.
    Chill.
