Cheddar Ham Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    2 c. cubed potatoes
    1/2 c. sliced carrots
    1/2 c. sliced onions
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/4 c. flour
    2 c. milk
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 can whole kernel corn
    1 1/2 c. cooked ham, cubed
Preparation
    In large saucepan, bring water, potatoes, carrots, celery, onion, salt and pepper to a boil.
    Reduce heat; simmer for 8 to 10 minutes, or until veggies are just tender.
    Remove from heat; do not drain.
