Lemon-Parsley Turnips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. turnips, peeled and cubed
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. finely chopped onion
Preparation
    Cook turnips until tender.
    Drain well.
    Add butter, parsley, lemon juice and onion.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Stir gently to coat.
