Sweet Potato Balls(Yields 6 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) can sweet potatoes
    1 egg, separated
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    6 marshmallows
    crushed corn flakes
Preparation
    Mash potatoes thoroughly.
    Add egg yolk, salt, cinnamon and butter, mixing well.
    Mold potato mixture around marshmallows, forming 6 balls with a marshmallow in the center of each.
    Beat egg white until foamy.
    Roll balls in egg white, then in corn flakes.
    Place in buttered baking dish.
    Bake until golden brown.
