Sour Cream Pear Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. ripe pears, peeled and diced
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 Tbsp. flour
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
dash salt
1 9-inch pie shell, unbaked
crumb topping
Preparation

Combine pears, sugar, egg, flour, sour cream, vanilla and salt.
Blend gently.
Spoon into crust.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Sprinkle topping over pie and return to oven for 30 more minutes.
