Guinataan Crab - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 k. fresh shrimp or live crab
3 cloves garlic
1 onion, chopped
1 1/2 coco cream of 2 coconuts
1 piece ginger, size of a thumb and pounded
1 piece dilao, pounded
1 to 3 hot peppers
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. green onion, cut 1 cm. long
Preparation

Shell shrimp, devein, place in a saucepan.
Add the thin coconut milk, ginger and dilao.
Let boil until shrimp turn red.
Add coco cream, hot pepper and salt.
Just before serving, add green onions.
