Hollandaise Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 oz. cream cheese
3 egg yolks
dash of cayenne pepper
1/2 c. butter
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation

Blend cream cheese, egg yolk and cayenne pepper until smooth. Melt butter with lemon juice.
Pour into cream cheese mixture and blend to desired consistency.
Add garlic powder and salt to taste.
Serve over asparagus, broccoli, eggs, etc.
