Christmas Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small pkg. strawberry jello
    1 c. boiling water
    1 large can crushed pineapple
    3 bananas, mashed
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in boiling water.
    Add all other ingredients except sour cream. Pour half the mixture into rectangular Pyrex dish.
    Let congeal.
    When congealed, spread sour cream over the entire portion.
    Pour remaining jello mixture over sour cream. Congeal.
