Sweet Potato Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 big mashed sweet potato
    1 stick melted butter
    2 c. sugar
    1 large can Carnation milk
    3 eggs
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients. Strain (mixture will be very thin).
    Pour into frozen pie shell and bake until done, about 35 to 40 minutes at 400\u00b0.
