Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 eggs
3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 fresh apples, peeled and chopped
1 1/2 c. nuts
Preparation

Mix in order
given, adding raw apples and nuts last to the batter.
The batter will be thick!
Bake in tube pan for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until done.
