Clam Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped clams
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. clam juice
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Mix clam juice, egg, flour, baking powder, salt and pepper. Stir in clams and mix well.
Drop by teaspoons into hot oil.
Cook until golden brown.
Drain.
