Ingredients

3/4 c. ground bell peppers, seeded
1/4 c. ground jalapenos, seeded
1 c. cider vinegar
5 c. sugar
1 bottle fruit pectin
green food coloring
Preparation

Wear rubber gloves to handle jalapenos.
Combine vinegar, peppers and sugar.
Boil 4 minutes.
Cool 1 minute.
Add pectin and green color.
Pour into hot sterilized jars.
Makes 5 (6 ounce) jars.
