Grandmother'S Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter or oleo
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    5 c. plain flour
    5 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cream butter
    and sugar.
    Add eggs one at a time; cream well. Alternate
    flour
    and
    milk
    (with vanilla).
    Add nuts. Mix well and bake at 350\u00b0 in well-greased lined tube pan until done.
