Beets In Honey Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. diced or sliced beets, cooked
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. water or beet juice
4 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. honey
2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation

Put beets in a bowl; set aside.
Combine cornstarch with salt in small saucepan; stir in beet juice.
Add vinegar, honey and oil.
Cook slowly over low heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
Add sauce to beets; let stand 10 minutes, then reheat. Serves 8.
