Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. tomato juice
    2 cans tomato paste
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. basil leaves
Preparation
    Mix together and bring to a boil, then cover and simmer 1 hour.
    Brown 3 cups
    onions
    in
    Crisco.
    Add 1 clove garlic and 1 small can mushroom\tpieces\tand
    stems.
    Pour into sauce and cook 2 hours longer.
    A little water may be added if sauce gets too thick.
