Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken
    1 pkg. stuffing mix
    1 large onion
    1 stalk celery
    1 c. chicken broth
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken
Preparation
    Boil chicken (save broth).
    Pull chicken off bones.
    Put in bottom of casserole dish.
    Spread sour cream over chicken and put aside.
    Mix onion, celery and butter with chicken broth and boil until tender.
    Remove from heat.
    Add stuffing mix and mix well together.
    Pour over chicken.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
