Perfectly Easy Pepperoni Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. finely chopped pepperoni (about 1/2 stick)
    2 Tbsp. dried parsley
    1 egg
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan
    1 loaf frozen bread dough
Preparation
    Thaw bread dough until soft.
    Beat egg with fork.
    Add cheese, parsley and pepperoni.
    Mix well.
    Roll out bread dough to about 7 x 12 inches.
    Spread pepperoni mixture evenly over dough.
    Roll up like a jelly roll, starting at 12-inch end.
    Place on greased cookie sheet or 13-inch pan, seam side down.
    Tuck ends in.
    Let raise 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 35 minutes until golden brown.
    Remove from pan and cool on rack.
    If soft crust is desired, brush with soft butter while still warm, then cover with dish towel.
