Strawberry Pie Glaze - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 qt. strawberries, divided
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. sugar

Preparation

Mash 1/2 of strawberries in pan on low heat.
Combine cornstarch with sugar and add to mashed strawberries.
Add lemon juice.
Stir until thick and it comes to a boil.
Yields 6 servings.
