Marinated Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. cooked, medium shrimp
    2 medium onions, sliced
    3 Tbsp. capers
    1 1/4 c. oil
    2/3 c. white vinegar
    2 1/2 tsp. celery seed
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    4 or 5 drops Tabasco
Preparation
    Place alternating layers of shrimp, onion, and capers in a bowl.
    Combine oil, vinegar, celery seed, salt and Tabasco.
    Pour over shrimp mixture, cover, and chill at least 8 hours.
    Drain shrimp before serving.
    Serve in a bowl set in another bowl containing ice chips.
