Dena'S Delirious Bean Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can Rosarita beans
1 pt. sour cream
1 c. guacamole (if avocados not in season, use store bought avocado sauce)
1 c. Longhorn cheese, grated
1 diced tomato
1 can black olives, sliced
1/4 c. chopped green onions
1 bag tortilla chips
Preparation

Place beans in a 9-inch glass casserole.
Layer with sour cream and guacamole.
Add grated cheese followed by tomatoes and black olives.
Add remaining ingredients.
Chill for one hour. Serve dip with the tortilla chips and enjoy!
