Hawaiian Flank Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. flank steak
    3/4 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. lite soy sauce
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except steak, in a small saucepan; cook slowly for 5 minutes.
    Cool.
    Score steak in a diamond pattern, 1/8-inch deep.
    Place steak and marinade in plastic bag, turning to coat.
    Tie bag tightly, forcing air out; place in dish. Refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight, turning at least once.
